The capability to repair worn pin bores, bearing housings, tunnel bores, axle pivots on-site saves expensive downtime and transportation costs, resulting in cost-effective and convenient services for our clients.

Our onsite Hino truck is fitted out with equipment sourced from from the best Australian portable machinery manufacturers including boring system and welding system which is capable of machining and welding bores simultaneously. Our truck are also coupled with 33kva generator ensuring self-powered capability and reliability.

Capabilities 

ID Bore Welding, ID Machining and Facing from 35mm to 800mm.

Acoustic alignment of bearing.

Thermal Lancing and air arc gouging for pin and bush removal.

We also carry Liquid Nitrogen for any freeze work required. That means less downtime and cost to the client.
